All Sports Camp
 
St. Monica Catholic High School is proud to host an All-Sports Summer Camp for rising 3rd, 4th and 5th graders July 9th -13th on its campus in Santa Monica. The camp will run Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. each day.

The All-Sports Camp features fun-filled days with friends and new experiences. It will offer a unique opportunity to develop or improve athletic ability and fitness across multiple sports, as more and more college coaches look to recruit student-athletes who play multiple sports. Campers will benefit from sports-specific instruction by the Mariners’ varsity coaching staff.
 
All will be taught, played and supervised over the course of the week.
 
The curriculum exposes students to a wide variety of sports and recreational activities in the same facilities used by the Mariners.
 
The cost of the camp is $250 for the week. Campers should bring a lunch box meal and water bottle.

Youth Cheer Workshop Descriptions

RISE AND SHINE!
Students will start the day with a stretch and movement class. This class will include various techniques of yoga, pilates, stretch & flexibility conditioning and dance aerobics to wake the body up and get the blood pumping through their veins. Meditations will also be used to clear the mind and prepares students to focus on the day.

ROCK AND ROLL (TUMBLING)
Students will learn and build basic tumbling skills every day. Forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and walkovers. Students will learn through mastering progressive levels.

CHEER SKILLS
Students will learn basic jumps, angles, stunts and motions. Stunts safety and proper progression levels will be taught in a fun and safe environment. These skills taught will be combined to create a cheers and a dance routine to perform at the end of the camp.
 
Campers should bring a lunch box meal and water bottle.
