Student-Athletes Invited to Summer Running Workouts

The Mariners Cross Country team is hosting workouts Monday through Friday, from 6:30-7:45 a.m., through July 27.


All Mariner athletes are invited for some extra conditioning this summer during the coolest time of the day.


Meet fellow student-athletes at 6:30 a.m. by the outdoor basketball courts.


This is a great opportunity to work on conditioning and improve as a runner under the direction of new Mariner Cross Country Coach Erik Nunez.
