Mariners Celebrate College Commitment Day!

May 1 was the deadline for seniors to commit the university or college of their choice. So that all of our seniors involved in AP testing could participate, we decided to celebrate our College Commitment Day on May 11 as a community. Our seniors had the option of wearing a shirt or sweatshirt from the school they have enrolled in.

The day was an opportunity to express how proud we are of our seniors and their hard work. We as a school are committed to graduating students that are college-ready because we know of the opportunities a college education represents for them-the doors it will open- and the value of the skills and perspectives they will gain in college.

Coming off of Teacher Appreciation Week and Day, we also thank and celebrate our teachers for their role in preparing our seniors for this next exciting chapter in their lives.   Seniors, know you go into it well prepared. Thank you, teachers and counselors!

Complete acceptance and matriculation lists to follow soon!  Congrats, Class of 2017!
